FAQs

What type of clay is your work made of?

All of my pots are made from earthenware clay, which is called “low-fire”. It is made in my home studio in Maine. (And fired by solar energy!)

How is shipping calculated on your site?

To keep things super simple, there is a shipping cost per item in my store. But if you order multiple items, and the total cost to ship the pots to you is less than what the website charged you, I will send you a refund for the difference in cost. If you want to arrange a local pickup, please reach out to me directly at kari@kariradasch.com.

How fast will I get my order?

Usually it takes me 3 or 4 days to get the work packed and shipped to you — then it just depends on how long the shipping takes. If you need something expedited, please email me directly and I will do what I can.

How do you ship the work?

I usually ship USPS, or FedEx Ground.

What is your return policy?

If for some reason you don’t like what you ordered, you can return it! However, you have to pay for shipping and please please please be sure to pack it exactly how it was sent to you so that it does not break on the return trip. If it breaks, I cannot refund you.

Finally…

I reserve the right to not fulfill an order and instead give a full refund for any order at any time for any reason. (Though this almost never happens!)
