New Work

Hello Friends,
It has been a very busy fall in the studio and with the Holiday season approaching it is only going to get busier. I have been playing with some iron transfer decals on my pots and am very excited by the possibilities. I like the way the extra layer gives much needed depth to the surface of my pots while maintaining the flat/ 2-D nature of the applique. It is nice to finally find a way to be able to incorporate drawing into my work.
There are a number of places that you will be able to find me this fall…some close to home and some a little further away. Here is the rundown if you are in need of that extra special (possibly local) handmade gift.

Craft Boston, November 14-16th.

Home Studio Sale, November 29 and 30th. (current info coming soon)

MECA/ Sea Holiday Sale, December 5, 6 and 7th.

As always you can come to the studio anytime…just give a call first, 207.856.5083.

Take Good Care and I look forward to seeing you soon.

I like the transfers. I’m assuming that the designs on the applique’s are what you are talking about. I need to find out about them. They look like almonds! You’re pots are wonderful!
